Thought of Renting or Leasing?  There are some homes that actually have lease options available.  You can lease the home and lock in a purchase price for the home... and have the right to exercise the option to purchase the home at the price we would negotiate in your "Lease Option Contract."   You can also choose NOT to buy the home as well.   This is a good alternative if you are not quite ready to buy or need to move and can't purchase a home at the present time.  Additionally, if you need to SELL a home first... sometimes this will work to help get you moved, and still leave you the time to SELL your current home.
